  • How do I reset my master password? - Your master password cannot be reset as it's used to encrypt your vault. If you've forgotten it, you'll need to create a new vault. Make sure to export your data regularly as a backup.
  • Is my data stored in the cloud? - No, all your data is stored locally on your device. We use zero access architecture, meaning we never have access to your encrypted vault.
  • Can I sync across multiple devices? - Currently, Ciphio Vault stores data locally on each device. You can export your vault from one device and import it to another using the import/export feature.
  • What encryption does Ciphio use? - We use AES GCM encryption with secure key derivation. Your master password is never transmitted to our servers.
