Ciphio Sleep uses the science of sleep cycles to help you wake up feeling refreshed. Sleep cycles last approximately 90 minutes, and waking up in the middle of a cycle leaves you groggy. Waking up at the end of a cycle? That's when you feel your best.

Simply enter when you need to wake up, and Ciphio Sleep calculates the optimal times to fall asleep. We account for the average 15 minutes it takes to fall asleep, giving you realistic bedtime targets.

Not every night goes according to plan. That's where Gremlin Mode comes in. When you're up way too late, Gremlin Mode gives you the best survival optionsโ€”sometimes a short 90-minute cycle is better than 4 hours of interrupted sleep.
